Book with Flexibility

During the booking process, Traveling.com gives you the option to pay a little extra for Flexible Cancellation. This allows you to secure a refund if your plans take an unexpected turn.

Need a Voucher? 
If you need to cancel, you can easily return your ticket for a voucher through the My Tickets section. Easy peasy!

Cancel & Request a Refund 
Want a refund instead? No problem! You can cancel and request a refund up to the specified hours for your ticket’s Flexible Cancellation policy by reaching out to our Customer Support.

Please note: If you’re booking multiple trips, Flexible Cancellation applies only to those trips that are within the specified time frame.

Refund Info 
The refund amount will be specified in Article 7 of Traveling.com General Terms (yes, we’ve got the fine print covered).

Don’t Wait – Get It During Booking 
You’ve got to purchase Flexible Cancellation while booking. It can’t be added later, so don’t miss out when you book!

No Takebacks 
Once purchased, Flexible Cancellation can’t be canceled, refunded, or transferred to a new booking. Keep that in mind!

Ticket Cancellation Done Right
Ticket cancellation is only completed once you receive that sweet confirmation email from us. So, check your inbox and chill while we sort it out!
